Two Vets Tripods
Two Vets Tripods offers a (5) year warranty on all tripods for materials and workmanship from original purchase date (proof of purchase is required). If the tripod that you purchased is discontinued you will have the choice to upgrade for an additional fee.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
Warranty does not apply if products have been intentionally damaged
Warranty does not apply to products that have been modified ( I.e. Painted, Shortened )
Sending in for repair:
Two Vets Tripods will issue a RMA and return label to the customer for sending in repairs (exclusions for international customers). Tripods are typically repaired within 1-3 business days. Customers will be responsible for return shipping back to customer at provider of UPS or USPS.
Most major brand name products purchased from Two Vets Tripods are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer.

The goal of Two Vets Tripods is to offer the customer unrivaled tripods that are cost affordable. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to satisfy your needs as a customer. If for any reason we can not make right with your purchase you can return it to Two Vets Tripods within 30 days of receipt. No returns accepted after 30 days from purchase date. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the purchase price. All returned item(s) are inspected to assure "like-new" condition before any refunds are issued. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Two Vets Tripods reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
RULES
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON:
Any used equipment. All custom products such as laser engraved tripods will not be allowed to return or exchange the products.
