I'm not one for taking the time to leave a review online... positive or negative . But this absolutely deserves a 10+ star review. I've used and abused (operator error no doubt) my ball head for over 2 yrs. I reached out using the "contact us" on the website and sent a pic of a washer I needed to fix a problem that I caused. It never once crossed my mind to blame the quality of Two Vets. No questions asked, I was sent a return label. I had it back in a week and they not only fixed my problem, they replaced my kinda rusty screws on my arca clamp also. I don't have a lot of good experiences with warranties and customer service for most of my purchases when I needed them, but Two Vets totally exceeded my expectations of a company that went above and beyond my simple request of just wanting to know what size washer I needed. I will forever be grateful and will continue to support this business that truly cares about their customers!! Thank you for the speedy repair and return so I can get back to doing what I love!

I love this clamp. It works the best. I have been able to reach out and make groups like I was on the ground.

I was skeptical of the 3 knobs, I have used a RRS tripod for years, but this is way better. The bottom knob allows you to keep your rifle leveled and still have the ability to pan left and right smoothly. The top knob allows you to adjust friction to match the weight of your rifle. The big knob allows you to lock and unlock the ball but the friction point stays set by the previous knob. I also really like the slide lever for the ARCA lock on one side and picatinny throw lever on the other side.
